Hi All,
Today was day 6 and I FEEL GREAT! The workout today was Fire 30 and Stretch 10. This is the third time I've done both workouts. I may have mentioned it here before but I'll say it again just in case. TurboFire is ALL cardio so far. It's like taking a high intensity aerobic class filled with different moves and routines. Unlike an aerobic class at the gym, these classes are filled with tons of great music and fun moves that make the time fly by. The music is the part that impresses me the most. I'm not a "dance" or "techno" -type music girl at all. They've actually taken some of my favorite songs and upped the tempo a little bit. I am very impressed.
So anyways, today was the first day I actually did the entire Fire 30 workout without stopping. There were a few times I was a little confused (I'm still trying to get the moves down) but it was my best workout so far. I feel so accomplished. The Stretch 10 class is just like it's name...stretching. Its a super easy class but is perfect at the end of a hard workout.
Tomorrow is a new workout. I can't wait to try it.
I just have to point out that for me at this point during my new workout I would try to find excuses as to why I can't fit my workouts into my schedule. Now I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's workout and wondering if it would be a bad thing to get up extra early to fit it in...that means 3:30am...it's crazy, but I'm seriously mulling it over...I better get to bed if it's ever going to happen.
