Day 2

I just finished my workout for the day. It was short but extremely intense!

I tried my hardest to eat healthy. I did well then entire day until my sister-in-law's boyfriend came to celebrate Valentine's Day with her and brought PIZZA and BUFFALO wings! For anyone that truly knows me they know that I am a really big sucker for pizza. I just love it and could eat it all day and all night. So after doing so well the entire day I completely broke down and ate a couple pieces of each.

To try to make up for the unhealthy eating, I drank some of the P90X Energy & Endurance. It's a lemon-lime flavored powder that you mix with water and it will give you an extra energy boost for your workout. It worked like a charm! I gave my short workout all the intensity I could and I feel great about it.

Tomorrow is a planned rest day for me. I haven't taken my measurements, before pictures or weight yet so I'll be sure to do that tomorrow.

Now it's time to relax and study for my upcoming CPA test. Eeeesh! It's a good thing the kiddos are sound asleep.
